We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, email us at info@arkadoodle.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless defective.
